First Grooming
Rosie Joy got her first hair cut today. We didn't want to stress her out since this was her very first experience at the groomers, so we paid a bit extra for the express, which means they did her from start to finish with no cage time. We got her done at Pet Smart because you can check out how she is doing through glass windows.
She did really well, and the groomer said it was hard to believe that it was her first time. Of course, Rosie loves everyone and so the biggest problem was that she wanted to play with the groomer. Below are pictures with Rosie sporting her new do.

Rosie Joy is doing well and is pretty much house broken now. No accidents for a solid two weeks. She still tries to eat everything but that may be getting a little better. Our biggest problem is that she doesn't eat well at all. I fear we have spoiled her terribly in that regard, and may have to do something drastic to get her back to eating well. She doesn't want to eat anything but people food, and even then we practically have to hand feed her to get a few bites down her. I don't know where she gets all the energy she has, but she seems to be happy and healthy in every way I know how to measure. She will be five months old Thursday.

Awwww - she looks gorgeous with her new 'do!!
So sweet. She looks soooo soft!
she's adorable! i think some dog foods "taste" better than others (i don't know this from experience, only my dogs seem to like them better.) They like Merrick (which has canned dog foods with names like "Granny's Pot Pie" and "Cowboy Cookout." and Wellness. These days I've switched to mostly dry and do a mixture of Innova and Wellness. If you want to see an analysis of the best dog foods (in terms of health and nutrition), you should check out this site below. My husband got really into our dogs' health recently and found it. He's just a little crazy but I guess there are worse things to be crazy about.

SO cute!!! Her new "do" suits her. I am sure she will bring you much joy! :applause:
Rosie gets cuter every time we see her. May she is just going through her terrible two's (in dog years) lol
How cute! (My dogs like Merrick food and Wellness).
awwwwww cute
ADORable lil teddy dog, there! That pic of her on the pillow is priceless. You can just see the puppy love in her eyes. Hey, she will eat duppy food when she really gets hungry. My dog is spoiled too... she likes people food best, so we leave pooch food (dry kibble) out for her and she grazes like a cat... when she is absolutely certain there is no people food in her near future, LOL!
She is so lovely...pert, cute, all the things you want a dog/puppy to be.
HUGS
P.S. Nutrition is the best thing to focus on....follow the advice above! Don't do people food or she will jump up to eat yours at some point!
she's such a little darling. have you tried canned food?
I didn't think she could get any cuter, but she did. I'm glad it wasn't tramatic for her.
How adorable!!
She's such a cutie pie!
 Awe, she looks absolutely adorable! Too cute for words even! I can only imagine how much 'joy' she brings to your life! Give her hugs, pets, kisses and cuddles for me please! Take care and have a very hasppy hump day!
What a cute doggie. And she just looks loving, too!
Awwww. What a sweetie.
She is adorable. You can tell she loves having her photo taken. I have a friend that bakes a chicken in a crock pot each week for his poodle. He chops up a littel bit each day and puts a little out daily along with Chicken Soup dog food he gets at Southern Agriculture. Yes the puppy is spoiled but is also getting a bit chubby.
