  • Myriad Garden Crystal Bridge

    Gill and I went to the Myriad Garden yesterday morning before the weather turned nasty. These are four images from the Crystal Garden there.

    Chris didn't go with us because she had a bad cold. I've got the cold now and feel pretty rotten. At least I can't work in the garden anyway until the snow melts and it warms up a bit. I hope there is not too much damage in the garden after it is all gone. It could have been a lot worse.

  • hoping the very best for you garden

  • Gorgeous enhancements!  I bet the snow will be gone by tomorrow night, it's going to be sunny and in the 50s.

  • Hope you feel better!!

    Do you know what the third one is called?  I love the vining flowers!!

  • the third is some kind of orchid, but I don't know the variety name. The second -- the pink flower is Rose Grapes.

  • Beautifufl flowers, Alice.     I see this is a botanical garden, but what is the crystal bridge?

  • The Crystal Bridge is part of the Myriad Gardens. It is basically a huge greenhouse with tropical plants, etc, so there is lots to see all year round.

  • Beautiful!  I'm wondering if that 4th flower is a plumeria?  They have a wonderful scent if I remember correctly from a Hawaiian trip.

  • Beautiful photos & flowers!

    I've got a mystery plant posted, please come by and let me know what you think

  • wow;
    The Flowers Were So Beautiful ;p

  • Nice photo report of your visit to Myriam garden .
    I hope you are better since March 28.  It is a bit worrying you have not posted since then .
    I quoted your mother Lola in my latest entry of April 10 about Good Friday . I remember so well her in her library and she loved the flowers too .
    have a happy Easter .
